Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1: Purpose These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the sales made on the Kinselo site (kinselo.com), which specialises in the distance selling of face and body care products. Deliveries are made to the areas listed on the Shipping & returns page. Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2: Seller identification Kinselo is operated by Audrey Gaillard, trading under the business name Kinselo, sole proprietorship (micro-enterprise), registered under SIRET number 943 537 167 00018, with its registered office at 7 rue Félix Potin, 91290 Arpajon, France. Contact: contact@kinselo.com.

Article 3: Products The products offered are face and body care products with formulas based on ingredients of natural origin. The main characteristics of each product (volume, INCI composition, directions for use) are presented on its product page. Photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible but have no contractual value.

Article 4: Prices Prices are stated in euros (EUR), all taxes included, in accordance with French regulations. For customers located in the United States and the United Kingdom, they are displayed in US dollars and pounds sterling, converted at the daily rate. The amount charged is the one displayed at the time of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination, and are displayed before you confirm payment.

Article 5: Order The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, then confirms the order after checking the details and the total price. The order is final only after payment is confirmed.

Article 6: Payment Payment is made online at the time of the order, through the secure payment platform Shopify Payments. The customer's account is charged only once the order is confirmed.

Article 7: Delivery The terms, areas and delivery times are detailed on the Shipping & returns page. Products are made to order by our manufacturing partner and shipped to all the areas covered by the site.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal and returns In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, whatever the country of delivery, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, unless the original packaging has remained sealed and intact. In accordance with article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, all amounts paid, including the initial delivery costs at the rate of the least expensive standard delivery method offered, are refunded within 14 days. Return costs are borne by the customer. As our products are made to order by our manufacturing partner, the partner does not accept physical returns of products in its own name: returns under the right of withdrawal must be sent to Kinselo, which remains your only contact. Article 9: Warranties Every product sold benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 10: Personal data The processing of customers' personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Article 11: Complaints and mediation For any complaint, the customer can contact contact@kinselo.com. Customers residing in France or in the European Union can, in the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, use a consumer mediator free of charge, listed by the Commission d'évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation (CECMC).

Article 12: Applicable law These Terms are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence.
