Data controller Kinselo, operated by Audrey Gaillard, sole proprietorship (micro-enterprise), is the controller of the personal data collected on the kinselo.com site. Contact: contact@kinselo.com.

Data collected As part of an order or a contact request, Kinselo may collect: last name, first name, email address, postal address, phone number, and the information related to the order (products, amount). No banking data is stored by Kinselo: payment is processed directly by Shopify Payments.

Purposes of the processing This data is used to process and deliver orders, answer contact requests, and, with the customer's consent, send commercial communications.

Retention period Data related to orders is kept for as long as necessary to process the order, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (in particular accounting obligations). Data used for commercial purposes is kept until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.

Data sharing Data is shared with the service providers necessary to carry out the order: hosting, commerce and payment (Shopify International Limited, through Shopify Payments), manufacturing and shipping (our manufacturing partner). These providers use the data only as part of their service for Kinselo.

User rights In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@kinselo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL).

Cookies and audience measurement The site uses technical cookies necessary for its proper operation (for example, the shopping cart). It also uses Umami, an audience measurement tool that works without cookies and does not collect identifying personal data. No advertising cookie is used at this time; this policy will be updated if that changes.
