Shipping Kinselo products are made to order by our manufacturing partner, based in Europe. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs and delivery times by area Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the destination, and are displayed before you confirm payment. Delivery times are counted from the payment confirmation: mainland France, about 8 business days; European Union, about 6 to 13 business days depending on the country; United Kingdom, about 6 to 9 business days; Switzerland and Norway, about 7 business days; United States, about 4 to 7 business days. These times are given as an estimate by our manufacturing and fulfilment partner and may vary; they are not a contractual commitment to deliver by a fixed date.

Customs duties and taxes For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, any local customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are paid upon receipt of the parcel. No import duties are charged for the European Union and the United States.

Areas not covered Kinselo delivers to France, the European Union (excluding Cyprus and Malta), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States. Other destinations are not covered yet.

Parcel lost in transit If your parcel does not arrive, contact us at contact@kinselo.com with your order number, within one month of the estimated delivery date. We will contact our manufacturing partner on your behalf and offer to resend the product.
