No. Kinselo is a one-time purchase of $34.90. There are no monthly fees, no renewals, and no hidden costs.
Yes, updates to the current version of Kinselo are included at no extra cost.
Kinselo works on any modern browser, on desktop, tablet, or mobile. No app store, no install.
Once it's open, yes. Kinselo doesn't need an internet connection to log or view your pet's information, since everything is kept on your own device.
Buying and access
The demo lets you explore the real Kinselo interface before buying, so you know exactly what you're getting. No account or payment required to try it.
Through Etsy. Purchases are handled entirely by Etsy's secure checkout, and you'll receive your access code shortly after.
Open Kinselo and enter the access code you received after your purchase. The full app unlocks immediately, on that device.
Your access code isn't a one-time-use code. Enter it again on any new device to unlock Kinselo there too, whenever you need to.
Get in touch through Etsy messages with your order number, and it will be sent to you again.
Refunds follow Etsy's standard policy for digital items. If something isn't working as expected, reach out through Etsy messages first, most issues can be sorted out directly.
Using Kinselo
Yes. Kinselo supports multiple pet profiles, so you can track every animal in your household from the same place.
Yes. Kinselo includes a backup and restore feature, so you can save a full export of your pet's records whenever you like.
Not automatically. Kinselo keeps your data on the device you're using. If you'd like the same records on a second device, export a backup on the first and restore it on the second.
Data and privacy
No. There's no sign-up, no email, and no password. Your access code is the only thing tied to your purchase.
Locally, in your own browser. It isn't sent to or stored on a server, which is also why exporting regular backups is worth doing.
